New Online application asks 'what languages does the applicant speak fluently'?

Previously in the old paper application it was 'what languages do you speak'?

I put English in the old application but the new one asks for fluently spoken languages.

How do I answer this?

Answered NO last time and told HO that my wife has never had a valid visa for the UK so never remained beyond it before applying for FLR FP 10 year route which was granted.

She came the Surinder Singh route and was rejected because of Centre of Life requirement.

I am applying for extension and it is asking for English, Financial and Accommodation details.

Also asking to submit documents regarding these.

Is that normal?

No my wife came the European route via Surinder Singh.

We didn't get the UK EU card because we didn't meet the Centre of Life requirement. Then Applied for FLR FP 10 year partner route with 2 British Children and was granted.
