FLR FP Extension - Last 2 years cohabitation or 2.5 years

Hi guys,

Gonna apply soon for FLR FP extension for my wife.

I'm a little confused. Do we need to provide the last 2 years of cohabitation with Wife or the last 2.5 years since FLR FP was granted?

Thanks.

Re: Flp fp.7 year rule

Home office guidance for flr fp 10 year route was changed on 23 February 2018 in line with zambrano and more harsher than old policy.

Ex.1 only applies if British child is like to leave. if another carer then ex.1 doesn't apply.

Go visit the overseas visit manager i believe and ask for a payment plan monthly.

How much you pay monthly depends how much you can afford.
