They are now considering income of family for all article 8 applications

Reading the new immigration rules it implies they are the 'complete code'.

Does this mean people applying flr fp 10 year route with British child will also need to show they meet MIR or otherwise through third party support?

Because exception 1 allowed exemption to MIR before?
