Re: Citizenship Query - Work Status

I would say it is not necessary to advise them your new role if you are still employed in the same company, unless you changed your company.

And the salary, I think you do not need to disclose that as well, unless you have work permit which requires you do so.

Re: Naturalization Query - Fine Record and Springboard Course

A tricky thing here, I contacted the LUAS for the fine invoice, they can't even find the record of my fine after providing them my appeal number, name and address. I wonder it would have been a problem if I couldn't attach fine invoice after the disclosure of this fine fact.... I have a traffic fin...

Re: Naturalization Query - Fine Record and Springboard Course

Springboard course - no harm either way. I had a lot of part-time courses and certifications, but that is my own hobby and I think the minister wouldn't mind if what I want to do after work. Fine on Luas - that is definitely an offence of the Bye-Law and you are obliged to disclose that. Disclose t...

Re: Citizenship Refusal after 15months(not good character)

Unfortunately that's common these days and the Department of Justice and Equality are enforcing it on applicants that do not disclose issues or have negative background in the state. I do feel sorry for you but at the same time it was your mistake to not disclose that information, in this instance ...

Anyone has any insight? If I go for EU 3, and they find out EU citizen didn't have insurance during unemployment, they will decline my application, can I apply for EU 1 after this? Re: Citizenship - 3 bills with both names query

I’m fairly sure it’s three bills in each of their names. Doesn’t have to all be joint bills. He can send three bills in his name, and her three in her name. Also, anything you received from the doctors during that time period, of the tax office etc. My husband and I only had the mortgage bill joint...
