Re: Director's salary and investment

So in my view you can claim the directors salary in extensio...

Re: business premises rent as investment

Yes you can use rent as your investment but in your case i think you need to apportion the rent according to rooms per house and how much portion of your room or house you are using for your business.

Your annual income should be 18600 Per annum and it has certain guidelines and rules about this threshold, I would suggest you either go and have a look at policy guidance your self or consult a lawyer.

Re: Tier 1 Enterpreneur Visa 50K New Rules After 11 July Ref

I understand what you mean. Unfortunately, your application has been refused by the decision maker because he/ she feel that your contract has no start date or the start date is not clear and precise. You have two options: 1). If you or your solicitor can argue that the contract is an acceptable an...

Re: Looking For Tier 2 Sponsor

Umbrella companies can not offer tier 2 employment however there are a good number of Sponsors undertaking this abuse. Essentially you go and find a job after you have been granted you visa on the basis of a false COS for a job that does not exist and that you will never be paid for. You get the jo...
