As far as i know you can Not make a inquiry about your case or personal. It should be in general

We have contacted the MP by email and personally as well.
The HO has said the same thing to the MP his case is in process.
This is very frustrated

It says if you applied for asylum then u can't use the form to get documents back, u need to contact caseworker. So is this correct or anyone should complete the form?
