Hey. They get posted to you at your home address.
You need to contact the department via email. I remember I had to send them an email and received our letters a day after through post.

We applied for EU 1 on 12 Jan 2014 and by the Grace of God we got our temp stamp 4 letter today. Took us less than a month. :)

Hi. We submitted EU1 application on 9 Jan through a solicitor. Still no reply from DOJ. This is our fourth week. Hopefully we will get a positive reply this week.
