Re: register at GP during waiting time for EEA RC

You can register with a proof of address and your certificate of application sent to you by the Home office. But why don't you register as a family at once and if there is no ID you may get a buspass with your photo on it in any travel shop and give to them.or go to the emergency if it's something s...

Re: Wrong Application - not sure what comes next

I think you can still withdraw it because the decision hasn't been made on your application and it could take a year before they can finish dealing with it unlike the EU application which is with at least 6/7 month before everything is finalised. The HO or caseworker may use his/her discretion to ca...

Re: Which route to take to Sue the Home Office

It's a pity for something like this to have happened. And it won't stop if many of us are scared to sue HO if they're wrong. Moreover, they did all of this in front of a minor. In my own opinion try and search the entire UK to look for a very compitent solicitor and it may involve few pound and I pr...

Re: Wrong Application - not sure what comes next

1. How long ago did you submit the application? 2. Even if it has been long ago and you have received acknowledge letter you can write to the address to withdraw it and nothing will happen to both of you. Remember to include you details and reference number in the letter if you have one. 3. Ask your...

Re: Non-EEA family member after Divorce

What a very useful information you have been given before mine. This is just an input/add to the whole issue. 1, The EHIC might expired by now and if no, then you should be fine in relying on it. 2, You can make the same mutual agreement in seeing your child to just ask her to go back to work not ne...

If your husband nationality is UK/EU and he is the main claimant on the benefit form you will be fine and if it is you the wife making that claim and your first leave to remain permit doesn't says you can have access to benefits then there will be problem in waiting if the HO finds out. Meaning you ...

From what you've posted any option that you take will be fine and if you intend to use your parent insurance paperwork make sure is clearly stated your name included in the policy, also has to be in English.

Please don't be offended by my reply to your post I was only trying to explain how to deal with HO in a very easy way without telling you what the law says which I thought you may have known already. Many of us here have dealt with HO and still people learn from others mistakes and I don't want you ...

Base on what you posted, he doesn't have to wait till the end of that RC expire date and if the paperwork are correct in the next 2/3 months time from now in 2017 he would have qualify for BC assuming he's got his PR card earlier. However, firstly he need to demonstrate that from the date/month of t...

Re: PR Refused - Please help review

Becoming BC has no implication for the kids as a mother of those kids as your PR wasn't base on that. If you think you have that money to spend for the 4th child that is fine you can go ahead but not cheap instead PR for them is fine. Personally I do not understand why many EU national keep going fo...

Congratulation so happy for you and the kids and may be later think of PR for your kids just to have it at home against anyone who cares to see their status in the UK if the Brexit stuff require it in future and also before UK change the application fee £65 to £650.00 as i don't trust them. 1, If you can demonstrate that you are exercising your treaty right from the date/month that you got married in 2009, then count 5yrs from then and both of you can apply for the PR using the same form and you as a main applicant. Otherwise count from anytime e.g when your wife RC was issued or befor...

Of course people without leave to remain or any big criminals can be deported at anytime, even though if you hold BC when is not by birth can be revoke without any stress and be deported. If you have the missing paperwork that shows that you work toward that 2017 and i hope you got that letter from HMRC then you may go ahead and re apply again and it will be issued. However, if you choose to work outside the UK for more than 2 years in one go you will lose your PR status automaticall...

I can imagine what is going on in the head. But I do not think the non EU will have to re apply. The EU may do so that they can keep their finger print in the UK system but they will never discuss that with the union trust me. There was a case regarding dual nationalty without losing your EU right a...
