If your asylum claim does not relate to issue of stateless (no nationality ). Then contact your embassy to obtain a passport. Re: NON EEA PR REFUSED HELP NEEDED

Did you submit your application with your ex EU ID/passport? If the answer is yes you should be able to get some more documents from her as there will be no excuse for you on that. Moreover, did you use the same set of documents to get your ROR? Why is it not complete this time? Secondly, was your p...

Valryan. Just download the form from EU application section (derivative right application) and study the guideline, fill the form and send it with the documentation relating to the British baby including his/her passport and yours. Be aware of my comments above to the owner of the thread. Good luck.

Recently, the home office has been asking some mother of a British citizen born to provide the DNA of the two parents in involved and if you can't the applicant might get stuck on this. Re: NON EEA Family Member help needed: PR application

In addition to the above points. God forbid, if the application fails and you don't want to divorce. My suggestion is to stay married and apply for new RC even if you don't stay together under same roof as Brexit on going negotiation still favour you.Again if you don't get PR she won't either and I ...

Am loving this! Personally I agree with some of your comments. But am afraid if you try to find time and study the Freemovement Rights properly you will understand the entire picture but without that, am sorry you can't. Re: My EU wife wont divorce

I read your text and i just felt for you. Why don't you ask all the people that is advising you to divorce? what are the implication of your divorce, the new journey you will embark on, type of all documents you will need to get ROR and take it from there. Otherwise you will meet yourself back in Po...

Oooooh, nothing will happen to your PR, again this is the reason why i will never respect some useless lawyer who doesn't update themselves. What you have is enough for you alone to live in peace in United Kingdom come what may! You can as well apply for PR for the child born abroad if he/she has lived with you both, here in UK for 5 yrs, and after 1yr you can apply for British Passport for him/her in total of 6yrs in the UK. I will urge...

Firstly, I don't know where your Lawyer actually study law as his/her response is utterly rubbish and nonsense. 1, YOU CAN APPLY FOR THE NATURALIZATION IN A YEAR AFTER YOU'VE GOT YOUR PR EITHER EU/NON EU CITIZEN AND NO MATTER IF YOU MARRIED OR DIVORCE. YOU MAY AS WELL SEARCH THE CITIZENSHIP SECTION ...

Re: Retain rights of residence and student loans

Because you're now divorced the loan will not be granted and is without right of appeal against.

That's where they stand as far as I've experience.
The family member on your RC is just a fomality because you've Retained your right on your own merit but they chose not to change it to be ex.
