Re: ILR dependent visa for wife and kid

You may have to wait until next year, to be able to sponsor them, once your 1st Tax Return returns. Thank you Obie and Sushdmehta. I have heard from someone that , Instead of waiting till Mar 2016 to get HMRC tax return documents, we can show running documents, like payslips, Bank statement, and le...

Re: ILR dependent visa for wife and kid

£16,000 is the lower limit to make up for any shortfall in earnings. (Savings below this level won't be considered). If you were relying on savings alone you would need £72,500 held in an accessible account for at least 6 months. If you rely on earnings as a company director, you will need to submi...

Re: ILR dependent visa for wife and kid

Do you earn £22,400 per annum? Hi Casa, Yes, I earn more than £22,400 per annum. I work as a contractor (self-employed) through my own limited company. I have a little doubt. I do not have enough cash savings at the moment (I read somewhere that a total of £16000 cash saving can be provided as alte...

Re: Oct 14 Change in Rules - Switching from T2 ICT to T2G

Thank you Manci. Yes, looks like that could be the reason; They are tellling me that I can't apply because my long absence is not in line with business trips or short secondments. So I can't use the time spent in WP as an allowable absence even if it falls within 180 days. Is that interpretation ri...

See my earlier post HI Manci, I got your point, Thanks for your patience in replying to all my queries.. I really appreciate it :) I called to UKBA again and put up my dates once again. Re: Oct 14 Change in Rules - Switching from T2 ICT to T2G

Thanks Manci.. in that case, I assume that I am not going to qualify for ILR at any date of application. :( The huge mistake was done - I (my employer) applied for "Tier 2 ICT - Established Staff" visa even though I had a valid "WP" at that time. I could have travelled using WP, and could have lived...

They are telling that my period is broken because I was away for more than 180 days, and I applied for T2 ICT after 06-April-2010, so in this case the Tier 2 ICT rule wi...
