Application status decided and partial IHS refunded

Hi, Just have a query about a scenario for myself where I checked online and application status says decided on 14 June 2017 . It also mentions that the decision letter has been posted and the letter should be with me within next ten days. There are contact details if I wont receive it etc etc. I al...

Re: Complex Issue Email

Hi, Not aware of this but seems like exactly the same wording they are sending now a days in the letter. May I ask whats the email address of the HO used in this instance?

I know they have been using emails as a reminder for the expiration of the existing stay in the UK.

Re: Missing documents

If you have submitted any other documents relating to Corporation Tax.. they usually mention CT at the bottom.. and the most familiar one to all is CT41G.. So if you have sent that one already you should be fine then.. Any other document(From HMRC that Business is subjected to UK taxation) to sugges...

I think you can add the reference of the Biometric Letter in the covering letter and send it tomorrow via registered post for the next day delivery. If possible do it today. Do it before they contact you.. Good luck...

Re: job creation calcuation

From the calculation above it looks you should be fine.. HO will disregard hours above 130 but will consider hours such as 120 or 126.. I would assume this is due to the calculations of weeks during those months?

Re: Investment correct accounting entry

Hi, Does it mean you still have 50K for investment untouched as Cash. If yes, then you will need to transfer those from personal to Business under your name(as per UKVI requirement). He can still show 50K as DL but under different section and your End of year closing balance will be 50K plus assumin...

Re: Legal Action to Urge Home Office for Decision

Without all the melodrama of PAP and JR and barristers on speed dial, the appropriate approach would be via the prescribed channels. After all who has time and money to waste on these other distractions and for servicing lawyers' lifestyles. For cases which have not been addressed with a reasonable...

Re: Legal Action to Urge Home Office for Decision

It is unclear how HR to private/family life - which is a qualified right and not an absolute right - has even the remotest connection to any visa application. That has an absolute connection with visa application (Tier 1 Ent. or any other visa route including EU family members visa). If a business ...

Re: Legal Action to Urge Home Office for Decision

There is no legal basis to challenge Home Office in that way. Even though very small number of Tier 1E visas are being issued every year (far less than Tier 2), unfortunately the route has been extensively abused and as the MAC report shows, only a small portion of the applicants managed to extend ...

Re: T1E extension refused . Need advise for AR

By following Accounting standard it is possible to change Director's Equity position from Director Loan to Share Capital, however, that is not how it works in the world of immigration rules! Immigration Rules required the Investment to be made during the initial period and changing the Equity posit...

Re: T1E extension refused . Need advise for AR

If in your initial leave you showed the same funds and also specified the access of funds via wife's account then without a doubt you should be fine. There is a 50/50 chance how AR would go but as Zimba88 suggested, Share Capital seems to be a feasible option under this circumstances. Consult with y...

Re: combining Part time jobs

Hi,

I am of the opinion that you only have to show the existence of the jobs you provided in your initial extension which in this case would be from 2014. You can sustain the same jobs or create new jobs.

Hope it helps..

Thanks
