Re: T1E extension refused . Need advise for AR

By following Accounting standard it is possible to change Director's Equity position from Director Loan to Share Capital, however, that is not how it works in the world of immigration rules! Immigration Rules required the Investment to be made during the initial period and changing the Equity posit...

Re: T1E extension refused . Need advise for AR

If in your initial leave you showed the same funds and also specified the access of funds via wife's account then without a doubt you should be fine. There is a 50/50 chance how AR would go but as Zimba88 suggested, Share Capital seems to be a feasible option under this circumstances. Consult with y...

Re: combining Part time jobs

Hi,

I am of the opinion that you only have to show the existence of the jobs you provided in your initial extension which in this case would be from 2014. You can sustain the same jobs or create new jobs.

Hope it helps..

Thanks

Re: Part Time Job Creation Confusion

I guess if you count the total number of hrs for all the part time employees you can work it out . According to your table above looks like you have approx 2227 hrs in total until dec. 2227 / 30 per week max =74.23 weeks job 74.23 weeks / 4.33 (approx weeks per month ) =17.14 months job . Re: Part Time Job Creation Confusion

There is no clear guide or rules on part time hours. However you can add them together to reach min of 30 hours a week. I made an attempt to show how to calculate the hours for part time workers here: http://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-1-entrepreneur-visas/criteria-for-hours-calculation-apply...

Part Time Job Creation Confusion

Dear members, I am on a Pre April 2014 transitional rules arrangement. I need your understanding/views for the following situation. I have had a total of 5 employees who worked part time from 2014 until now. Employee A worked 16 hours a month from April 2014 until Jan 2015 and left. Employee B worke...

Re: Job requirements query

As particular job only required part time workers I managed to establish 8-9 months of FT work where part time employee worked parallel. Only confusion is what about the other part timers who were not employed alongside each other! Old Guidance also says that 81.We consider a 30-hour working week to...

I would like to ask my scenario that I am stuck in.. I have 1 job position where I have always employed part timers. For 8 months 2 part timers have worked parallel to each other and contributed towards 8 months worth of FT job(@130 hours per month/30 hours per week). I have Spell of further three d...

Re: Job Creation Transitional Arrangement Confusion

Correct. You need to have created EQUIVALENT of two full time jobs or 24 months of full time employment under transitional arrangements Hi Zimba, I have another quick question. One of my staff is paid by a fixed monthly pay, which is 130 hours a month. Well another staff is paid depending on the ac...

Re: Refusal Indication

Relying on guidance and maintaining your business whilst you have some part timers on payroll means that we are in a situation where no one has a clue whats going on with part timers. Which ultimately means its a waste of time and resources.. Would await for some successful application with suitably...

Re: job Hours calculation

It is misconception that a month is 4 weeks or 120 hours work, it is NOT. It is actually on average 4.33 weeks  HO requires ONLY 130 hours a month or 30 hours week for full time role, more hours are discarded. If an employee works less than that they are NOT full time Thank you Zimba. On the ...

The refusal reason in the screenshot suggests they considered upto 130 hours but for last two years. As the decision is already with your friend I would assume transitional arrangements does apply to the applicant. So what else was missed??

Payroll related queries- Employer name and address

Dear members, I have had my name and registered address changed last year. I have also have had my company name changed. My ...
