Re: Share capital/director loan: urgent help required

Thank you Zimba88 for the update.. means less paperwork for application.. :D :D Secondly, need to do some research on FPS. In the absence of FPS other supporting documents should really be sent such as p45, p60 and p11. A contract would also help in determining the start dates. Try to get your FPS s...

Re: Share capital/director loan: urgent help required

Thank you @zimba88 for the prompt responses for @meesha. I do agree with your accountant that it could be bit confusing for everyone to do that way. Also please don't forget to submit amended previous accounts(there is a penalty for these as well I suppose) and do it as Zimba88 said in terms of addi...

Re: Share capital/director loan: urgent help required

Personally I do not see any problem as you have already invested money in a single transaction where your share value was £50,000 for your investment. However, for your management accounts you should be able to convert your £50,000 shares that you bought for £50,000 and transfer it to the Directors ...

Applying Heisenberg uncertainty or Observers here? Dont be serious and google it now! Anyway, do appreciate you trying to...

Re: Need HO- Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)– version15.0 unedited

It's always a surprise how few people seem to read and understand the guidance that is published. In any case such documents are only guidance, they are not the law. It is the relevant legislation and regulations that are the ultimate authority; these form the framework and reference point for each...

Re: Need HO- Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)– version15.0 unedited

There are certain parts of caseworker guidance that is ALWAYS withheld, across all visa categories. You will not find them anywhere. Do you honestly think HO will publish everything they do and check? No of course they won't. Thank you for your reply mate. I know they should not but did they?..was ...

The graduate level business would have to be the basis of the application.
