Cadnica, FLR fp still have. 50/50 chances. My one failed to get in country right of appeal , now on long route to JR . And if there is a joy , if they allow in country right of appeal at that point , will it be clock starts again to complete 10 years legal stay? And right to work as well? At last I find correct thread... Flr fp applied in March before last visa expired. Got decision on 9 th sept without in country right of appeal . Sent a PAP but negative within 10 days. And got a IS96 as well . Very scary situation for us. U.K. Born child will be 7 years old at the end of October .C...

No, we are submitting first time JR after PAP. Child was out of UK for 15 months, 2 breaks.Main applicant needs just about 5 months to complete 10 yrs . Child will be 7 years old next month. Please advice what are the chances to go through?

With a child that is 1 month from 7 years in the UK, I believe you ought to proceed with JR or send a PAP. I have not seen certification in cases where there are minor children....

Decision made: they refused my application . And didnt give in country right of appeal. Please any one having same situation ? Please need advice from members and from GURUS as well, really appriciate.
