Re: First time passport - Confirm identity

She is in IT (as Lead Data Architect). What should she choose? Or is she acceptable as a reference? Thanks. What part of my answer did you not understand? Ask her if she’s a “member of a professional body” Ask her if she’s considered an “engineer”. IT engineers do exist who are also qualified profe...

Re: SET(O) ILR form updation

What do you mean by smart? Did you do the same for the entry date as well? They’ll check anyways and figure it out. You are probably not the first person who over thought to write the dates that way. I don’t think you need to do anything. Hardly a reason for them to refuse you. For ur peace of mind:...

Re: Asylum Seeker Applicant due British Naturalisation (Good or Bad Character)?

As per my understanding of immigration laws you become an overstayer once refused and you exhaust all appeals.. unless you apply within 14 days for a fresh application.. exception for overstayers 39B. The nationality guidance states: However, if the application was refused and the appeal dismissed, ...

Perhaps you are better off applying 10 years from the time ur DLR was granted. Or you can take the chance of applying, if you get refused, you can argue at reconsideration the fa...

Asylum seekers have it easy. Any previous overstay is disregarded.
Besides it’s been over 10 years and it doesn’t even matter now.
Read the guidance on nationality by discretion it covers the area..
