Re: PBS Dependant - Tricky Situation

Why did she apply for a new visa when she already had a valid visa? You should be fine with the initial entry visa. She was stamped on the new entry clearance probably coz the previous one expired. There is no different stamp for a first entry. There is no absence limit for Pbs dependants for visa ...

Has the current visa expired?
If not then reapply on Set(o) and fill out form for set(m) withdrawal n refund. Use google to find link for withdrawal refund form.

Re: PBS Dependant - Tricky Situation

I have called Home Office and they mentioned that she is not qualified as she got a break of 9 months. Has any one one got a solicitor who can help me in this case? Solicitors and HO are known to give inconsistent advice. As suggested by CR001.. Read the guidance. Separate rules for spouse visa and...

Re: Naturalization under section 3(1) discretion

If ur children were born here then they can register as BC. You and ur wife’s naturalisation or application is irrelevant to them. You could have registered them when you received ILR.

Re: Long residence questions

Exact period.
No point to embellish as HO can very well do the calculation from the date of entry the application is based upon.

Now I am not sure if the above is applicable to everyone or its only applicable for people who found that they have missed the document when they are on the counter.
Sounds like the latter. As it’s super priority, there is nothing much you can do as you should hear back soon whatever the case.

Re: Referee Declaration

what if the referee does not like to give the passport number , is that OK? Thank you for the reply , but believe me it has happened with many people Ur missing the point. It’s obligatory for one of the referees to hold a British passport. And both must know the applicant for 3 years or more. This ...

Re: form AN for naturalisation

The 10 year employment history question is to gauge whether the applicant breached any immigration visa terms n conditions and whether relevant tax was paid during the time.
Better to state the info that HMRC has on the applicant. But even if you state the actuality it should have no adverse impact.

Such a bizarre question.. find a person who can. H The professional referee may not be a Brit passport holder.

No. You were eligible on day of approval.. and even if you weren’t it still doesn’t matter. There is a time lapse going on.

Thanks. I think it's really the only issue with my application. Nothing else in there seems wrong. Documents are now scanned and uploaded. Originals are no longer sent to Home office.
The quality varies from scan type ie b&w, coloured etc.
