Thanks zimba for your advice
Please other members comment specially if some one from tier 1E visa is apply for ILR LR on ten year base and has got any issue to get super priority service ?
It depends on individual cases.. it is advised not to apply under super priority if one has a complex case.

It’s more than 3 years ago.
Mentioning it will not affect ur application.
To be on the safe side state it.

Re: DELAYED ILR APPLICATION

Ok.. so let me understand this.
You believe ur ILR decision has been delayed coz of ur 2 children who are unwell...?
You spouse & dependants qualify for ILR from the date the PBS dependant visa were granted.
It’s only been 4 months. Standard is 6 months.
You are overthinking this.. it’ll be fine.

Re: Passport Application - Countersignature

You state a referees name and email.
An email is sent out to the referee by HMPO.
The referee is required to confirm the picture and fill in a few details such as their own passport and I think relationship to you.

Whichever route gets you ILR earliest.. requires the least amount of documentation.. so you can be free of any restrictions..if any..

The 3rd consent form is for financial/cohab evidence pertaining to a third party. If you and ur spouse are the only ones providing such info than no need to bother with 3rd.

The “formula” has been stipulated by the Home office.
I’d strongly suggest that you and everyone else closely read the naturalisation guidance.
You might find that ur spouse may get away with being 7 days over the limit.

Re: What application form is right for ILR long residence on ten year base

The link answers most of questions. You can indeed begin the application but submit only when ur in ur qualifying period ie 28 days minus date of entry to UK. The online form is simple and can be edited a number of times so don’t worry abt finding a copy to download. https://www.gov.uk/long-residence
