Its weird that if you hire part timers and add their 20+20 hours makes it 40 in total they accept this as a total 40 hours but if you hire one person who works 40 hours a week they wouldnt consider the 10 hours and only consider it 30.. they should consider the part timers total hours which comes u...

But lets say i have recruited 3 ppl on 16 hours a week. And 4th one 35 hours a week.. so the 35 hours one is one full time post and two 16 hours would add upto one full time post. What about the 3rd 16 hour person is that go as a waste then??? We are still paying him hes part time employee his hour...

What nonsense you can apply anytime during your 3 year and 4 months as long as you've invested the money and done the jobs bit . Since you are given only a two year extension best to apply just after 3 years so that you do not need to apply for a second extension before ILR. I did exactly that.... ...

On a 200k route you can do anything..from a chicken shop to woo-commerce...cleaning company to laundrymat...as long as u fulfil the requirements...read guidelines for 200k route not 50k
