Re: T1 Ent 50k - ILR ( Employment/penalty points)

Yes.. a cover letter should suffice for the above and any amendments you wish to make. I’m not sure if I can help you with describing ur jobs otherwise.. I sent an amended job creation table after submission. I also drew a table to confirm all the changes to the wage rates and no of hours. If I had ...

Re: Employee start job mentioned wrong

Hi Members/Guru's I have mentioned start date of employee as 10th Nov 2017 (Extension Approval date) instead of actual start dates March 2016/May 2017. Its not important..as long as you've created 104 weeks of employment. I did a mistake as i thought I was claiming points from 10th Nov 2017 so I me...

Proof of address? which address? and why? The business bank letter or statement confirm...

for the second employee that took over
The job creation date will be the same as the above,
the start date will be whenever he started and the end date will be whenever he left.
Tbh under TA this not something you need to be concerned abt.

Its plausible.. Generic paragraph geared towards accelerated settlement and extension applicants whereas extension holders would have an existing business.
