I have been granted ILR (tier 2 - 5 years route), my wife still require 6 months to finish her 5 years before applying for ILR (currently she is having PBS dependent). Bear in mind.. PBS dependants continuous residence is calculated from Date of visa Issue NOT Date of entry. Absence limits apply ...

Please note refusal date printed on later 03 Jan 2014 but i received 10 Jan 2014 (i don't have proof of letter receiving date) and gave me 28 days to leave the county. If i see this way i didn't overstay i left 25 Jan 2014. You also mentioned that refusal does not affect visa validity. Did the ...

What is the nature of the mistake?
You can always provide additional information.
State in a cover letter what changes you wish to make. For example, change of Job details,is not a reason worth withdrawing for.

Re: Citizenship and previous Section 3C

You wouldn’t have gotten ur ILR via LR if you had an overstay. Time spent on 3C is actually lawful. It extends ur visa conditions till a decision is taken. If the decision is negative than you are an overstayer till you engage 39E by putting in an appeal, AR or a fresh application which must be a ...

Re: Received approval letter but unsure about ceremony timeline

The reason I am asking this, is because I have an international trip on February 4th. If I attend the 13th January ceremony, it is most likely that I will not have my British Passport in time for my trip, and by then I will have to have destroyed my BRP ILR. So I was considering contacting the ...

Re: 3 weeks delay of application. Tier1 Investor Premium Service

Unfortunately.. there is no way to deal with a delay or any way to hurry up the process. The standard service time frame is 6 months or more .
But due to super priority ur application was dealt with priority. It’s now up to the organisations to revert back to HO(ho took consent to contact banks etc)

1.No. Passport used for first entry onwards.

2. Migration status? If immigration status than
BRP shall suffice. It’s normal for one piece of evidence to suffice for two or three areas.

I don't know if a Student Visa is an immigration application abroad. All this is new to me.... I would like to do it right As Alterhase said.. the answer is in the ...

Can you challenge it?

No need. You’ve received it after you sent the application. It’s not a change of address or gender that you must inform HO.

Search the forum for answers.
You need the reference number and can submit a cover letter. You can call and find out ur test number from HO. Google it.

Re: Tier 2 dependant to ILR

Thank you aman90!! I realized when my husband applied for ILR, he only received a letter saying he would get his BRP in 7 days. In that letter, it only has a case ID, which is a nine-digit number. Is this the home office reference number? Or should I simply leave HO reference number blank? Leave ...
