Well.. you can apply for BC any day if you fulfil the requirements- read guidance or peruse forum.
Ur dependants, as per ur dates shall not be eligible for ILR till 2022.

A brief description of the JOBs is required too.
Business overview and directors role in day to day activities- a paragraph and bullet points should suffice.

I'm concerned they'll reject my ILR application on the basis that application date is before eligibility date. The chances of rejection are extremely low. A favourable decision is taken If the applicant is within qualifying period on DAY of decision Read the guidance to confirm this aspect as well.
