I am still waiting since I have sent all the documents to proof treaty rights: Bank Statements, Self Assessment, Child Benefit, Tax Credits: all of the last five years.

If we request the passport back as we might want to go on holiday, will it affect the application at all?

Contacted the nr on the letter asking them to explain why they need the documents again but the lady had no idea what I am talking about so promised to call us back in 48hrs
