Re: What will be the actual impact for a dependant on PBS Visa

If your wife have legal stay until November 2018 why wouldn't they let her in, stop listening to jealous family and friends, I travelled 2 weeks before my visa expired and no one asked any question on my return.

In the Candidate Details I have UKVI number both with my name and passport number. There is also Test report form number. Re: Leaving and re-entering the UK near FLR app time

Definitely back before visa expires and give herself enough time to prepare for documents because it can be really hectic, finding all the last 30 months correspondence, also if you need any further help with Visa Ext please do not hesitate to contact on this forum.

Good luck

Re: Haven't seen wife for 1 year and 4 months. Will this impact on her spouse visa application to UK?

Instead of focusing on anything negative stay optimist, you haven't even applied for a visa yet and started thinking about Plan B.

It's not good in the eye of ECO that you haven't visited her since you got married but come on brother if it's genuine than be confident just play your cards right.

Ok . Thanks. I would just await response to my enquiry.
You should've considered sending Administrative review if you think home office made a mistake, because it's saves a lot of time and hassle.
Anyway good luck with appeal.

Re: Reconsideration of FLR(FP) refusal

There are few ways you can ask HO to reconsider your application like writing a pre-action protocol, administrative review and if you consider any of the options please make sure to keep your MP in a loop too, but I was reading your case here on previous posts I would definitely go for FLR FP route ...
