For those who "switched" status while in the country, did you use the date on which the new visa was issued and the place for section 2.1 of Form AN? In...

Yes.

For me I'm using:
A Non-British Professional as per the list provided by HO.
A British Person.

You can mix it all up as you like, but you'll need at least 1 british over 25yrs in age, and at least 1 professional person

If you do not owe any tax, you have nothing to worry about. No, not at all. I even called the council where I have my Buy-to-let property, and they confirmed there is no arrears on my account. All I want to confirm is that HO will not ask who paid, they will only ask if I owed Council tax from thes...

PEO collected my Original Documents

Hi Guys,

I applied for HSMP JR and got approval, however PEO said they are gonna keep the letters from employer confirming that I'm still needed, then gave me everything else back pretty much.

This means passport and LITUK test result is enough for AN application and you don't have to submit originals as NCS will take copies.

The only issue with AN application is in the wait times. "Up to 6 months" is just too much for some to handle.

Call hmrc and request for a letter confirming tax and earning details over the time in question.

The letter takes about 5 days, this will give you some peace of mind although they only asked me of last 3 months bank statement and payslips.
