I think there will be problem only if your name appears on the council tax and you default on payments which then lead to the council taking it up to the magistrate for debt recovery.

Congrats! - Hopefully, mine is not too far behind... I guess they will be going through more checks for me since I am a family member of EEA National and they will want to check up on my father and see if he is fulfilling the treaty rights... HSMP JR are exempted for ILR. You must meet the Knowledge of Language for Naturalisation stage.

how about your update ? :lol: did you check it ha....didn't summon enough courage to ask for update. I said to the gentleman "I learnt it takes up to 6months to receive decision these days". He replied "It can take up to 6months or less in most cases - 95% of cases are decided less than 6months"......
