I applied my permit it's gone 4 days and it's being proceed in que. so let's wait and hope. Please do not bombard me with questions bcoz as of yet I do now know myself if it will be accepted or not. If a person is on temporary review stamp 4 . Can they apply for work permit? And is there chances for them to get it even as their old stamp was revoked because of sham marriage? Has any one got work permit application while having stamp 4 temporary

More over after providing heals Of dacuments to inis then they issue u visa then u try to book apointment with gnib then u go their and apply visa then u wait for another 3 week for ur card to arrive after all this u go home and when u back at Dublin airport ,, the officer their humiliates u again w...

She did exersize for short time and she did stay for short time.

Tbh best advise for everyone if allegation are made in your application then better of leaving. Department will not listen to u at all not matter what u do or how much taxes u paid. I have 2 garages. They took over 2 years. Based was being long time in this country over 13 years and also came legaly as student. Wasn't convicted for any crime not even penalty point. Chenchola case wasn't applied on him as it cudnt.. if three words marriage of convenience written in your allegation then that case wudnt apply on your. Yes he did mention but ... refused.

What about luximon and Balachand judgement. It still applies to students came b/w 2005 and 2010. Even inis didn’t Include those who change the status but judgement didn’t prevent those.
