I had done IELTS which was used for my ILR and expired in oct2015 can I use this as language requirement or will I be giving a ner test for naturalization

Hi All a strange thing happened today I applied for my daughters under section 1(3) on 27/07/2015 biometrics enrolled on 04/09/2015 . But I have received another exactly same letter today for biometric enrollment. Can anybody please help me what should I do now.

But registration and than right of abode is a lengthy procedure how u assume that they will not get visit visa , is there any other quick procedure for them to come to UK .

That's very right but the issue is with biometric enrollment, I have tried to call British high commission Islamabad but got no answer also Gerrys people have no idea on it .
