I couldn't apply for my daughter's registration and now there is a new thing in New form to enrol biometrics , now please advise me what can I do now my daughter is in Pakistan , is there any way to register her while in Pakistan.

Thanks very much ouflak1 actually my daughter is in Pakistan and I am going to register her under section 1(3) and from 7th of april there is a new rule of enrolling biometrics so I want to submit my application on old form which does not say anything about biometrics , so whats your kind suggestion...

Dear akramroy I am doing reserch on this from a month or so I got ILR last year and asked a solicitor can I apply for my daughter (at that time my family was here on visit) he said yes but it will take 3to4 months and your family has to go back before visit visa expiry. I am not sure but I have heard that sending passport by courier or carry any others passport while traveling abroad is illegal.
