Re: Eu spouse for Spainish schengen visa .. stilling waiting for the result

Hello OP,
I am about to apply for a visa. I just wanted to know if you applied directly with Spanish Consulate or BLS. And did you have to provide actual flight ticket from the flight company as I want to book an all inclusive company and they just give you accomodation plus flight.
Thank you

Hello all
Anybody know how long it takes to get your Tier 4 visa when applied in country. My brother applied for a new visa cos he changed sponsors. He has performed the biometrics about 3 weeks ago but no visa yet

Re: Work in the EU/EEA on a Tier 4 Visa?

Hello Yangyongju Thank you for your response. Sorry to be a bother. If your visa does not say anything about a placement year, then how do the companies offering you a placement know that you are allowed to work. I'm assuming this placement is about 40weeks or thereabouts. I was under the assumption t...

Re: Work in the EU/EEA on a Tier 4 Visa?

Hello Yanyongju I have a quick question for you. As a student studying full time a sandwich course with placement opportunities. How long is ur visa valid for? Is it 4 years and does it say placement year on it. Also do you still get your 20hours a week term time work allowance? Will appreciate your...

Re: France schengen visa

@Taribo Thanks for your kind words. I would have thought these visas got processed by human beings and not robots. Considering I'm married to a British citizen and travelling together. Surely I won't abscond without my spouse lol. On the bright side that's 4k not spent on a cruise back in the bank l...

Re: Established presence

@Vinny, I'm not going to lie. This established presence is so much confusing for me. My brother is studying computer networks in a University in London and wants to transfer to another University 2nd year to study computer networks and security. Now he needs to reapply for a visa as he is changing s...

Taribo

You are probably right. I got my visa today just valid for a week. What a bunch of clowns. I was hoping to get a longer one to use for both holidays April and June.. Going to have to cancel the cruise holiday in June. Good thing I hv not paid in full.

Re: France schengen visa

Hello Taribo

Just a quick question. Your visa was valid for 30 days or that's the number of days you can spend in? I applied and hope for a 3 months validity, like you my resident permit expires in 5 months and my holiday is in June. Fingers crossed.
