Re: Need advise on miscellaneous issue with Spanish Tourist Visa application!

I have applied for Spanish visas quite a number of times. They can be quite pernickety to be honest so I am not sure about bank statements from the home country but you can put that in your cover letter and hope they read it. They are a very lax bunch

Re: Can we leave online application form in the middle and go for paper form?

I honestly don't know what online application you are using, if it's different to the T2-ILR one. It was the simplest form ever. The paper copy is a PITA, with very unnecessary questions and so confusing

My HR lady sent me 48 hours when I was filling my form and now she says my COS is 35 hours so can I just cancel it and sign by the change? Also, we only get paid on the 25th and my appointment...

Re: When to apply for ILR - Tier 2 General

Are you saying that you have to disclose it and the fact that you did not disclose this for ILR is not an issue? Thanks

UNDISCLOSED FPN for ILR but not for BC

Hello, I don't know if this is the right place to post this question or in the ILR section. So I see in the ILR section, that FPN without points for minor traffic offences and parking offences should not be disclosed as they are not convictions. And everyone agrees. I was just looking at requirement...

Re: Refund for cancelling online ILR application at premium service centre

Did you do an online application or a PSC only application? There's a difference. If its an online application with a PSC at the end, it is non refundable but if it was just a PSC appointment then sure you get your money back. I don't know when though. I cancelled my PSC appointment on Friday, and I...

Re: When to apply for ILR - Tier 2 General

The online application is definitely easier. The paper form has way too many stupid questions. Anyway some guy on this forum said his application date was taken as the day he went to the PSC and my friend confirmed the same as he applied 28 days before so I have taken that approach too. My interview...

CONFUSION ON SET O SALARY QUESTION -Please Help

Hello all, I managed to get a PSC appointment so I am filling out a paper SET 0 form, I have filled out an online form which is much much much much easier but I cannot for the life of me get an appointment online. It keeps coming up as blank no times come up but dates come up. My Question is this, t...

Re: HELP!!! WILL THIS MISTAKE COST ME MY ILR?

It's a little early to start stressing out,no? The world may not be existing in 2023. Okay on a more serious note, if you are supposed to apply say 18th Mar 2023, you should be able to move it further to say 18th June and therefore rule out the months when you were doing double jobs. This is not off...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR: Clarification on the number of days outside the UK

Since your passport is not stamped when you go in and out of the rig, why do you need to put this absence as an absence. What proof is there that you were not in the UK. I'm confused at this. I asked a friend who just got his ILR and also works offshore and he said not to complicate issues unnecess...
