Re: HELP!!! WILL THIS MISTAKE COST ME MY ILR?

It's a little early to start stressing out,no? The world may not be existing in 2023. Okay on a more serious note, if you are supposed to apply say 18th Mar 2023, you should be able to move it further to say 18th June and therefore rule out the months when you were doing double jobs. This is not off...

Re: Tier 2 to ILR: Clarification on the number of days outside the UK

Since your passport is not stamped when you go in and out of the rig, why do you need to put this absence as an absence. What proof is there that you were not in the UK. I'm confused at this. I asked a friend who just got his ILR and also works offshore and he said not to complicate issues unnecess...

Re: Spain Schengen Visa for Spouse of British Citizen with Tier 2

Hey! I’m currently applying for my Spain Schengen visa as a spouse of a UK citizen. Did you use the consulate or BLS in the end and also what documents did you take to your appointment? Sorry I have been away . I applied at BLS because I was running out of time. I had to pay BLS fees but the visa i...

Re: Spain Schengen Visa for Spouse of British Citizen with Tier 2

Hello Muzzique,
But then you have to travel to Greece as opposed to spain as port of first entry also the only greek consulate I believe is in London, far far away from me.
I applied today anyway so fingers crossed

I will see if I can get an appointment online. It’s strange though they say to apply and send documents in the post so doesn’t sound like you can book an appointment.

Re: Spain Schengen Visa for Spouse of British Citizen with Tier 2

Thanks for that link. I really appreciate.
Sounds like a whole lot of hassle. I’m torn at what to do now. All my previous visas have been issued at the consulate which I prefer. Bls is probably a new invention and I just don’t have the time to go back and forth.

Hello OP,
I am about to apply for a visa. I just wanted to know if you applied directly with Spanish Consulate or BLS. And did you have to provide actual flight ticket from the flight company as I want to book an all inclusive company and they just give you accomodation plus flight.
Thank you

Re: Work in the EU/EEA on a Tier 4 Visa?

Hello Yangyongju Thank you for your response. Sorry to be a bother. If your visa does not say anything about a placement year, then how do the companies offering you a placement know that you are allowed to work. I'm assuming this placement is about 40weeks or thereabouts. I was under the assumption t...
