Re: Tier 2 and NQF level

Thank you for your reply. No fee, zero. They actually had to pay him a little more than his peers to meet the minimum salary of £26k, This is major real estate agency in London and not some COS for Fee shop. They actually know they are writing the wrong NQF. Can I ask one more question? What are the...

Re: Tier 2 and NQF level

Just had a look at the COS. The NQF code is 2424. What are the consequences of wrong job description/NQF code for the applicant? This firm is a major major real estate firm in London. They have told him they know what they are doing and they have done this many times before.

Thanks.

Re: Tier 2 and NQF level

Yes, letting agent is RFQ 3 but I think they will issue (we don't have the SOC yet) SOC for 2473 or Advertising accounts managers and creative directors. His job is to create advertising materials for Zoopla & Rightmove, viewings for potential tenants and copying keys. He just graduated this summer ...

Re: Tier 2 and NQF level

Thank you for your reply.

Are you sure Tier 4 to Tier 2 switchers are not exempt from that? This company is A rated and a very good real estate agent. My friend asked them again today and they told him they know what they are doing.

Tier 2 and NQF level

Hello, This question is for one of my friends as I'm currently on Tier 1 visa. He recently graduated from university with 2:1 and currently is on Tier 4. He just got an offer as a Letting Agent in a real estate agency. The real estate agent company is registered as A rated Tier 2 sponsor and they ar...

URGENT!! TIER 4 TO TIER 2 SWITCH

Hello, This question is for my friend. He recently got graduated from university and his Tier 4 visa expires on November 30th 2017. He just got a job offer today but the employer say he needs at least 3 months left on his visa. Is two months not enough? Is this Home Office rule? I can't find any tim...

Re: DUP immigration views

Yeah I agree. I have heard they hate LGBTQ community and BBC. Do you think the next government will soften their stand on immigration? or will they continue to impose tougher and tougher rules on non-eu people?

DUP immigration views

Hi,

I think it is now obvious DUP will have significant power in the next parliament. I can't find that much on their immigration views from their manifesto. Are they to the right of Theresa May on immigration or are they more on the centre? All I can find is they don't want hard brexit.

Thanks.

Parents visitor visa

Hi. I'm in the UK and my parents are applying for UK 2 year visitor visa. They have been to the UK many many times. But I forgot about one requirement. Do I need to supply my bank statements or their bank statement is enough? I can't remember if I supplied it last time as it was 2 years ago. If so, ...

Re: registration within six months

Hi, I just calculated and realized I have been on my Tier 1 E visa now for 5 months and 20 days since grant date. I'm really worried about 6 months registration requirement. Just to double check (really sorry if I'm annoying you guys), Do I fulfill the requirement if my company is already registred?...

Re: URGENT - VISA T1 Gen Ent - 50K Refused and AR refused

You have 14 days after AR to apply for the second application. I switched from Graduate E to Tier 1 E last year. If I was you I would get a good lawyer, It is worth the price. It seems like you can't handle it yourself. You will be scrutinized if you want to switch to partner visa. You just got reje...

Re: 10 year absences and records

Thank you Zimba. Just one more question if you don't mind. So let's assume the SAR does not have my full exit data. I obviously can easily figure out my exit dates by converting my country's stamps to Gregorian calendar but HO can't not read the stamps and confirm I'm telling the truth when I apply....

Re: 10 year absences and records

Hi Zimba, Thank you so much. I have couple of questions please. Does the fast track SAR have exit data? I read the description and it says entry clearance records and landing cards. I obviously have all the entry stamps, my problem is exits. Can I apply through a fast track SAR option? I only need v...

10 year absences and records

Hi, I'll reach my 10 year in a year and half time. I was just browsing this forum and started to think about how HO calculates my absences if I apply for LR. I have all my passports but the first two entry/exit was to my country which were stamped but they are in Arabic numbers without any english n...

Re: Upcoming extension, company is still not operating. Chan

I agree with Zimba. To me the biggest red flag is hiring your relatives. A lot of people on this forum have gotten extension by having little or no revenue and 3 years of losses. If it was me, I would immediately change the course of business, fire my relatives and hire 2 British citizens. Try to ha...

Agree, she is a great politician. She is smart, confident and most importantly believable (unlike Cameron). To be honest she hasn't done that much to reduce immigration. She is all talk, no action (maybe little action) like any other politician. So there won't be any election in 2020, right? the nex...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Job Creation & Accelerated ILR in 3

You have lived in the UK for 7.50 years? What did you do in during that 7.50 years? When did you leave the UK? Make sure you are outside the UK for at least 6 months. HO will know that you just want to get your visa to reach your 10 year. You application has lots of red flags and I think there is a ...

Re: Petition to give Tier 1 applicants rights to appeal

We already have right to AR and second application. If it is a minor problem, you can always apply for a second time. If everything fails then JR. They will never bring back appeal rights and they shouldn't. Appeal rights were used by many people to legally extend their leave for many years to waste...

Re: ILR Fees 2017-2018

ILR grants are down more than 50% since 2012. So they need to double the fees, just to make the same amount.
