in that case, i would claim profit before tax and take a print out of appendix A paragraph 25(a).

If they insist on ''after tax income'', then i 'll show them this printout.

But if someone is retaining profits( which i m) then it is net earning after outgoing and tax. I do aprreciat...

self employed Earnings

From April 2011 to April 2012, my net income was (say £10,000) as a sole trader. My profits from January 2012 to April 2012 were £15,000 but due to more earlier expenditures and loans, it reduced to £10,000. When i ll apply for my extension this december, i have to send the proof of my tax paid to H...

thx vinny. i have read both posts u directed me to. What i have understood (plz correct me if i am wrong) is i can defer my baby application until my ILR in 2015 if i dont intend to travel. However, if someone already got a visa to remain in uk for their babies then it can be risky not to renew it. ...

Thx

SO it means that they would ask me for it if the need be. I spoke to the HO this morning and they advised me to wait until they issue me a reference no. Only then i can call back and request to send this document.

Hope this wont be a basis for my application refusal.

They did not charge the fees. It was tier 1 general. The lady asked me if i have wages record of my employees and about my profits made out of the business. She wanted to know where that money is been spent. I explained to her....she chatted with her supervisor and then came back to me and said that...

PEO refused to accept my application

i had an appointment on 15th December at Solihill. After initial interview, they refused to consider my application, claiming that it was not straightforward.

Does it normally happens?

I wanted to save time but..............

I have sent my application in the Post now
