Home office received my application on 26th of March and my fees still haven't been taken, you're not the only one

Good news Esima, I am still waiting for money to be deducted, they are taking ages.

My application was received on 26th of March aswell... no fees taken either

Anyone else had their fees deducted whose application was with home office on 26th of March? Nothing for me so far ...

They received my application on 26th too and no payment taken either ... its taking them a long time. Makes you paranoid if they actually even opened your application

Thank you for replies. Mine also reached very early Thursday morning of the last week. Hopefully they wont try and charge us with the new fee, heard it happened before

Anyone whose application reached on 25th or 26th of March had their fees taken yet?

26th of March (Thursday) around 8 am. I was just going by people who had theirs reached on those days weeks before and who usually had the money cleared by Monday/Tuesday

No fees taken either ... must be due to backlog of people applying before the new fees. Hopefully they wont make me pay more since the application been with them since last week.

You council gave you wrong information! The day when home office receives your application is the day they start counting not when you have your appointment with NCS! Home office need to have your application physically with them and they also add an extra day to when they receive it

Well, apparently my documents were delivered very early in the morning and im praying they didnt get soaked in the post somewhere..

Thanks for your reply. Lauren told me that they send them everyday. I will call her tomorrow and ask. Was your reference number also not recognised? I really hope mine will be magically recognised tomorrow.

I applied via Benfleet, Essex on 24th of March but a bit worried as DX tracking number is not working :S.. I have read that Rakaysh had the same problem. I need my documents delivered this week as I was away from 29th of March 3 years ago. Anyone else have any experience with DX?
