Couldn't agree more. Apart from just this painful waiting one can easily claim child benefit and make up for that extra charge for premium service in 6 months. I sincerely hope we get our passport before rules change and price hike.

You do not need documents for co-hab for JR applications, but can take it with you just in case.

You are in a tricky situation. Even if you did not attend court you were fined by court so it will take 5 years from the date of conviction for the conviction to be spent.
