Hi alphakh1,

As your application was held with HO during your visa extension which is considered as valid and you can count that gap while submitting your ILR application. Hope you got what I mean.

Hi SajidI,

It's unfortunate that you're not eligible to apply British Citizen to your daughter in UK while she is in India. All you can do is apply BC from Indian. This might take minimum of 6 months. If she enters UK with visa, she's not eligible for BC but for ILR.

Hi Spoelie,

Just to clarify, was there any strong reason that HO hold/invalidate your ILR application. If you're previous earnings are genuine, then nothing to worry. By the way, How you submitted your application (PEO appointment or post) ? If, when did you submitted it ?

Hi, I was also in the same position like you. My advice would be just go for AR and if got refused there then send Pre Action Protocol for JR. My case/ decision overturned when I told HO I am determined to go for Judicial review. HO changed their decision in my favor before filing JR application. S...
