After you lodge your appeal send an email to : NWEUROCOARequests@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
Respect the upper case letters!
You just nee to quote your HO reference number name dob and address and you will receive the letter within 3 to 5 working days !

Well in this case it must be a mistake from one of these new agency staff the HO hired ... Have you provided the prrofs of you exercing treaty rights ? I believe if you are genuinely exercing treaty right you jave strong grounds for reproduction and/or appeal ... you have just to start the procedure...

There is no need to freak out this letter is quite normal ... they will not return the passport of Visa nationals unless they have a valid visa on it !! I personally think that the wording of these letters has been chosen specifically to stress/freak people out ... I see you are close to 5 months so...

Any contact number seriously so fed up 03001232253 I tried this number but they are saying we are contact centre unable to comment anything regarding Appeals I been advised to write to them which I did twice but no response I also sent email to complaint email id still waiting to hear from them any...

Just use the link to return the passports and the EU Visas they will return them with no problem!
They should be able to travel since they have the eu visas ;)
