Bt the way, I cant remember when does the 6 months countdown starts ? Is it from the date when the application was sent or from the date of COA ?

We understood that in order to have permanent right to live and work in the UK, my spouse (as a non-EEA national) must apply for a residence card, and can do so only once I have obtained a registration certificate as a qualified person, hence proved that I am exercising treaty rights and am allowed...
