if you applied in december 2016 was you called for an interview where you normally go to their specified location and its on skype before this one where they came to your premises? or was this the only communication since you applied last year?

Once you are past the six months, they should respond to you unless they have already sent you a letter indicating that they need more time.

What did they ask in interview from you? and is it 50K extension visa? Same question...

if someone applies second application and wants to vary that to ten years ILR Route,can they do that but then the time period spent under the second application wont be under section 3C..it wont count towards the lawfull stay or would it?
