can an immigration advisor be used as a professional refreee and obviously not the one who is representing you with the case? can anyone tell me how long does it takes for the brps to come. the AR was successfull on 12/11/2018 and was recieved on the 14/11/2018 all documents includind the passports were recieved but not the brp's yet.

Seems to be a pretty straightforward CW error. But since you did not specify which jobs should be combined, you can't blame them entirely.
