Hello You can cancel the application here: https://www.gov.uk/cancel-visa For MN1 reference, you can ask school or GP but they may refuse hiding behind some obscure "process" or "it's not my job". But any professional can help. When I did that years ago, my manager at work signed for the reference....

Everyone qualifies for Nationality on their own merits. There is no requirement to apply for your children when you apply for your own application.
