If the accounting firm is not registered in ACCA, but the accountant in their staff is registered in ACCA, and he will sign the required letters. Is that OK?

Do you mean if I bought material from factories and sell it, thee money spent will be (investment) regardless the profit gained.
Foe example, I bought water pumps for 230k and I sold it for 300k. You mean I invested the 200k.
