Shall I prepare a loan agreement for £200,000

Dear Members,

I have Tier1 Ent. Visa-200k. I transferred £200,000 from my personal account abroad to my company's business account in the UK.
Shall I prepare a loan agreement? Or no need for that ?

Thanks

Re: Investing 200k during 3 Years-Enterpreneur Visa

Dear Sam,
Do you mean if I bought material from factories and sell it, thee money spent will be (investment) regardless the profit gained.
Foe example, I bought water pumps for 230k and I sold it for 300k. You mean I invested the 200k.
Kind Regards,
Jafer

@Olasunkanmi,
My question was about the date of entering the route, Is it 11 March 2015 (date of issue of my visa) or 12 April 2015 (date of entering the UK)?

Re: Which guidance I have to follow 6th Nov2014 or 6th Apr20

Hi

In the old guidance, you can employ 4 employees part time 6 months each, or 1 employee one year and 2 employees 6 months each,
In the new guidance you should employ 2 full time employees for one year each.

I do not know which date I entered the route.

Thnx
