Remember that US visit has all your records abeit in relatin with your DOB and all that so if they need any info it can easily be referenced with your details. They also keep your iris scan and finger prints on Non VWP and this will match with your new pass...

why didn't you apply straight in CIC Canada or through Buffulo rather than London? I guess the US seems to be faster with processing times than the rest of the world. But anyway we will see and will update you with my progress.

What is AEO? It takes about two years max but it is based on your circumstances. It can be 6 months to 5 years.

Call work permit UK if you are not sure or visit their website and see the criteria for qualifying as a work permit holder.

You can definitely live in Canada and work in the US. My friends in TO(sorry Toronto) cross the border everytime to work in downtown buffulo. It depends on how far you live from each border. If you can bear with the commute fine if not buy a private jet!
