I did certify some certificates for the FCO last week at a Posh City Law Firm in St James Street and it costs only £5 a document. I have also in the past certified a letter to an adjudicator in a solicitor's office and it is also the same 5 quid.

I do not think it is a good idea to apply for a student permit for that period of time. She would be refused outright since the time limit is too short and she already has a visitors visa that can be used for the same purpose. Do not waste your money for visa fees. Refusal would not cancel her curre...

I think you should maintain the new UKone. Remember that US visit has all your records abeit in relatin with your DOB and all that so if they need any info it can easily be referenced with your details. They also keep your iris scan and finger prints on Non VWP and this will match with your new pass...

What is your reason for leaving Ghana? Can that reason be achieved in Canada or the UK? I think you should wait for the process to pull through which I believe is between 36 -48 months the least. You are better of establishing yourself in the UK for now which is what you have until you get any news ...

why didn't you apply straight in CIC Canada or through Buffulo rather than London? I guess the US seems to be faster with processing times than the rest of the world. But anyway we will see and will update you with my progress.

The lady said no but I have to wait till the 10 yrs come up. I believe there are alw...

Mern!
You can definitely live in Canada and work in the US. My friends in TO(sorry Toronto) cross the border everytime to work in downtown buffulo. It depends on how far you live from each border. If you can bear with the commute fine if not buy a private jet!
