Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

Yes there is a limit. I have received approval today and they have started that the process of swearing of the oath of fidelity will cease. I reckon it would only make sense to issue a bulk approval for June ceremony in Killarney. So it would be mandatory for people who will be getting approval fro...

Re: EU3 Timeline for Non-Eu family Members of British Citizens

Crikey, simply mind boggling to know that they don't have a clue about how to carry out their jobs. i just don't understand how is this system functioning. I second this. When we went to get 10yr stamp, the immigration officer at the Garda station asked for my mum’s medical insurance in spite of me...

Hi, I applied on 23rd November 2020.Evettting done by 7th of February 2022. I sent email them on 5th of April 2022 asking about my application update. Re: EU3 Timeline for Non-Eu family Members of British Citizens

i am still waiting on my local gaurda station to give me an appointment for EU3 card. It's been nearly 8 weeks. Re: E vetting and citizenship application

When filling eVetting form that you got by post (not the electronic one) do you need to provide copy of your passport page or get it notarised or approved from a solicitor/peace commissioner? Or is it a simple fill and sign form? Passport copy is not required though the form is not clear. Just send...

Re: Long Term Irish Visa for Naturalised Citizens who don't have Irish Passport

It is absurd, to require a citizen to apply for reentry visa. It makes a mockery of stamp 6 and put stamp 6 beneficiaries in a disadvantageous position to other stamp holders who do not require a reentry visa. I think the main issue is airlines and foreign countries’ exit controls do not recognise ...

Hi All,

I applied in January 2020. I went through e-vetting in October 2021 and completed an FOI in December. I received approval today. 💃
Congrats!!

Sorry about this silly question. Does approval and certificate come in standard post or registered post?

Just curious and thanks in advance!

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

Hi, Did anybody have to provide a police report from abroad? I got a request today. How do one get the police report?
