I got a reply from Citizenship Team after I emailed them last night that invitations will be issued in coming days.

Look out for it guys!!
I wonder if it's going to be postal invites or email or both

Re: E vetting and citizenship application

I'd be gutted too, especially after dangling that carrot at us in their 'approval' letters. Not emailed them, I think they specifically mention they won't answer any enquiries about invitations. I might try that next week when we'll be under 2 weeks to go if nothing yet received. Monday is bank hol...

Re: E vetting and citizenship application

When would invitations normally go out? It seems odd that with just over 2 weeks to go no-one seems to have received anything. Not much time left to confirm travel plans etc God only knows. Looking at 2017 Timeline, people got the invitation around 2 weeks before the ceremony. So it should be soon ...

Re: Citizenship Applications From 2020 Pending Approval

I was approved on 13/5/22 and paid 15/5/22, still nothing via post or email regarding the ceremony invitation. 12 working days ago. Will give it another week. I have booked accommodation anyway for Killarney on the Sunday night as well as the day off work on 21st June, so I'm pre-empting it will go...

Re: Has anyone received an invite for June 2022 ceremony

I’m in the same boat. I got the approval on 26th April, paid the fee the same day. It still hasn’t been processed and it looks like it’s stuck in the “Submitted” tab on the INIS portal. It really feels like they are now prioritizing the applications that need to attend the ceremony. It seems like i...

Re: RIP Oath of Fidelity Affidavit Process

The Gleneagle INEC Arena Killarney can only accommodate around 5.5k people roughly. Two ceremonies a year means only 11k naturalizations per year. and with a backlog of 25k naturalization application pending with the department currently, it'll take over 2 years to fully process these applications....
