I do not remember the date but for sure I submitted that before the curtailed date which is before 16 May 2014

You cannot apply for ILR as you don't meet the requirements of 10 years long residence yet. On what basis do you believe you qualify for FLR FP?? You would have done far better to continue with your student visa application than FLR FP. The only concern regarding Tier 4 is what if it gets rejected?...
