Re: FLR(FP)Private Life or ILR(10 years)?? Need some guidance

you said your employer didn't do market test so rejected the first one, and didn't apply the second one within 28 days of the refusal of the first tier 2. Now you said you apply your second Tier 2 before 16 may 2014, which is contradictory. Sorry for confusion. Yes you'r correct. First application ...

Re: FLR(FP)Private Life or ILR(10 years)?? Need some guidance

Based on your previous posts from that time, it seems unlikely you applied in May 2014 as you claim. https://www.immigrationboards.com/uk-tier-2-employer-sponsored-visas/regarding-total-weekly-hours-39-or-40-t215570.html#p1393423 It really is unreasonable to expect any useful advice when you are un...

Re: FLR(FP)Private Life or ILR(10 years)?? Need some guidance

In this case you may need to consider if you have broken your lawful residency in.the UK, from 17 March 2014 until the date you granted Tier 2 on July 2014. 1) did you submit your Tier 2 (first one rejected) in time, means on or before 17 March 2014. 2) if (1) is Yes, did you applied your 2nd Tier ...

Re: 2 solicitors suggesting 2 different things. Confused!

You cannot apply for ILR as you don't meet the requirements of 10 years long residence yet. On what basis do you believe you qualify for FLR FP?? You would have done far better to continue with your student visa application than FLR FP. The only concern regarding Tier 4 is what if it gets rejected?...

Already received CAS but now I want to withdraw

Hi,
I have already received CAS from university for January 2019 intake.
But due to some circumstances, I have to withdraw it now. I have already paid £3000(deposit) + £10,000 as a part of tuition fee.
Will they refund by £10,000 ?

Kind Regards
Kumar

Re: About to apply for Tier 4 visa but just received curtailment letter

1. Don't I need BRP to apply for my Tier4 visa? Check this with the international student adviser. It's possible to apply without it, but they can advise on your options. 2. I have a wife as a dependant. The letter does not mention anything about dependant? Will she also get a separate curtailment ...

Re: About to apply for Tier 4 visa but just received curtailment letter

I am applying in UK. Current visa is Tier 2 General. I assumed it was also Tier 4, hence my reference to the previous course. That requirement is irrelevant to someone switching from Tier 2. Thanks again. On my curtailment letter, I am asked to send them my current BRP. So i don't get that. 1. Don'...

Re: About to apply for Tier 4 visa but just received curtailment letter

Because I have received that letter, will it be a problem when I apply for my Tier 4 visa? Is there a high chance of rejection now? Having a previous visa curtailed in itself has no bearing on a new application. However, if a visa is curtailed for reasons of deception, or for breaching visa conditi...

Re: Is bank statement(separate account) with our address is enough to show that we are living together?

No need of new account. Make one of yours Joint and submit recent statement with visa application. Hi again, We went to the bank 2 days ago to make my exiting account as a joint account. But they told that when I print out my statement, it will only show my detail. It will not have my wife's detail...

Re: Is bank statement(separate account) with our address is enough to show that we are living together?

No way separate accounts even though same bank will be accepted for such. Only a joint account statement showing both names with address underneath do good. Never take a chance!! Or else an utility bill with both yours and your partner's name in it with address. Hi again, One small confusion. Shoul...
