Re: About to apply for Tier 4 visa but just received curtailment letter

I am applying in UK. Current visa is Tier 2 General. I assumed it was also Tier 4, hence my reference to the previous course. That requirement is irrelevant to someone switching from Tier 2. Thanks again. On my curtailment letter, I am asked to send them my current BRP. So i don't get that. 1. Don'...

Re: About to apply for Tier 4 visa but just received curtailment letter

Because I have received that letter, will it be a problem when I apply for my Tier 4 visa? Is there a high chance of rejection now? Having a previous visa curtailed in itself has no bearing on a new application. However, if a visa is curtailed for reasons of deception, or for breaching visa conditi...

About to apply for Tier 4 visa but just received curtailment letter

Re: Is bank statement(separate account) with our address is enough to show that we are living together?

No need of new account. Make one of yours Joint and submit recent statement with visa application. Hi again, We went to the bank 2 days ago to make my exiting account as a joint account. But they told that when I print out my statement, it will only show my detail. It will not have my wife's detail...

Re: Is bank statement(separate account) with our address is enough to show that we are living together?

No way separate accounts even though same bank will be accepted for such. Only a joint account statement showing both names with address underneath do good. Never take a chance!! Or else an utility bill with both yours and your partner's name in it with address. Hi again, One small confusion. Shoul...

Re: Is bank statement(separate account) with our address is enough to show that we are living together?

I think proof for living together is mandatory even though you switch from one category to the other. Better attach a proof rather than leaving room for assumption. The proof you show should have both your names together with the address. Usually most applicants use a bank statement of their joint ...

Re: Is bank statement(separate account) with our address is enough to show that we are living together?

So do you mind telling what else is required then? My wife is switching from Tier 2 dependant to Tier 4 dependant. So do I need "Evidence of relationship" again? Like chat logs/call logs? Given that the entry clearance officer was satisfied that the relationship was genuine and subsisting for her i...

Is this how I need to calculate the maintenance?
tuition fee + living cost + dependant living cost
Yes, but that is across the two separate applications. You need to show tuition fees + your own living costs; dependants needs to show their living cost.
Thanks @sah10406

I think if you go for priority or same day service then it should be fine I guess. If not, some unis can defer your CAS to January intake if you request.

If you have not advertised the job and the migrant is not currently working for you, you should confirm how you identified that this person was themost suitable for the job.
