Re: Can a company(est. by T2 dependant) be my Tier 2 sponsor?

You have posted about changing sponsors, applying for Tie 4 etc. My guess is you are either trying to reach 10 year residence or trying to avoid the 12 month cooling off period. You cannot manipulate a situation to extend your stay in the way you want to. A company, friend or not, must be an approv...

Can a company(est. by T2 dependant) be my Tier 2 sponsor?

Hi,
My friend who is a Tier 2 Dependant established a company here in London in 2013.
When I asked him if his company can sponsor me for Tier 2, he told me that he cannot since he is not a british citizen and his company is a small company.
How true is this?

Kind Regards

Re: Change of employment near end of 5 years on tier 2

Hi, I am going to join a new company as a tier 2 sponsor employee. They already applied for the COS. On April 30th, 2018, it will be my 5 years on tier 2. 1. Does the dependant(Tier 2 General) has to give IELTS if she/he wants to switch to Tier 4? Yes, if the Tier 4 sponsor requires IELTS. If not, no. See https://www.gov.uk/tier-4-general-visa/knowledge-of-english 2. Can she/he switch from here in UK itself...? No. See https://www.gov.uk/tier-4-gener...

There are 3 different actions here. 1. Sponsor applying for a Sponsorship license 2. Once the Sponsor attains sponsorship status, has the ability to Raise and Issue COS. 3. RLMT to prove, they couldn't find a Settled worker. It is not necessary to have completed a RLMT before applying for Sponsorsh...

Any mix of 4 different documents from the tables should do the job. How are you so involved with your sponsor's licence process? @fielddrive I am also helping them with the process. Company has completed the RLMT. Time to apply for sponsor licence. I have seen the documents required. But this is ma...

Re: RLMT before applying for sponsor licence

Firstly, these are documents that a sponsor needs to provide to home office for attaining sponsorship status. With respect to the type of company, it says in the relevant tables in the same link you have provided, what documents are required. For example ; in Table 2 , for start up's less than 18 m...

Got stuck in question when applying for sponsor licence

Hi,
My company started filling out form for sponsor licence.
They got stuck in one question.

COS required:
Reason:

Can they put 2 instead of 1? (just in case if VISA gets rejected)
And can the reason be simply 'to employ non-EEA citizen' ?

kind regards
