Hi all;

Do you guys know anyone who's got 5-year refugee status + 1 year ILR, applied for naturalisation and his/her application was approved?! I've heard that those people who entered the UK illegally (their entry date not clear to the HO) will not get approval. Is it true?

It's hard to believe but my friend received his ILR BRP card in 32 days! yes 32DAYS. His 5-year refugee status expired on 16 July, he sent SET(p) form on 16 June and received his BRP card on 18 July!

Thanks for replying;

I was granted five years refugee status in 2010; my son was born in London, in March 2013 and his status was in line with my own refugee status. Our visas expired on the same date(SEP 30 2015).
