UC is a tax free top up amount on ur earning. If ur british or hold ILR you can allow to access Public benefits without any restrictions. UC is under ur name. You only need to prove minimum earning thershold to meet financial requirement. UC itself will not effect on ur child application as dependant.

For example.if child born 01.11.2018 and u r submitting the application on todays date so just mention like this

Reveise same as previous address if they ask

You can take help from ur local MP. Book an appointment with him/ her and explain the situation and they might help. Or they can give u letter. Also there.is compalint procedure online with NHS file your complaint and ask them to step in. Whatever you will have submitted keep copies for your record....

Children who born in UK do not fall under immigration control until.or unless if they need to leave / enter in the UK. You can go ahead with his application without any kind of stress.

The confusion is when I login to Sopra Steria site I have still access to my account and document download section still open.

I dont know after submitting the biometrics at service centre is this normal or not.

I have only UKVI refernce number not Case ID.
